BREAKING! Surigao quake: 4 killed, buildings damaged,more than 100 injured (UPDATING)

In the southern Philippines late Friday, a heavy 6.7 earthquake occurred. More than 100 people injured, 4 died. According to local officials, in many areas structures were damaged and power was cut.
According to U.S. Geological Survey, the epicentre of quake was 13 km east of the city of Surigao.

To get the trapped man out, rescuers have to work under the very unstable collapsed house despite aftershocks.
